Your product-finder answers
The product finder asks about your main priority, one related preference and whether you want THC-free options. It uses those answers in your browser to display a product comparison.
Your answers stay in temporary page memory. They are not sent to us or to retailers, saved in browser storage, or added to the page address. Reloading the page clears them. You do not need an account or email address to use the finder.
Browsing the site
The site does not use analytics tags, advertising pixels, newsletter tracking or externally hosted fonts. The site’s own scripts do not set cookies.
Some product photographs load directly from R&R or Naturecan. Loading those images connects your browser to the merchant’s servers, which receive normal request information such as your IP address and browser details. Their handling of that information is covered by their own privacy policies.
Retailer and affiliate links
Following a product link takes you to another website. Some affiliate links first pass through a referral service, including Revoffers. A retailer or affiliate service may use cookies or other tracking to attribute a purchase after you click. Your finder answers are not passed with the link.
We do not receive your payment details or manage your retailer account. Review the retailer’s privacy policy before entering personal information or making a purchase. See our affiliate disclosure for how these relationships work.
When you email us
An email includes your email address, any name you provide and the contents of your message or attachments. We use that information to respond to your enquiry, investigate corrections and manage the correspondence. Email delivery also involves the providers used to send and receive the message.
Only include information relevant to your enquiry. We do not need medical records, identity documents or card details to review a correction or answer a question about the site.
Questions, corrections and deletion requests
Email hello@hempgummiesaustralia.com if you want to ask about information you have sent, correct it, request its deletion or raise a privacy concern. Describe the message or issue so we can locate it without asking you to send unnecessary personal information.
