Site terms

About this site

Hemp Gummies Australia publishes guides, product reviews and comparisons for people researching hemp and CBD gummies. These terms explain the scope of that information and the distinction between using this site and buying from a retailer.

Using the information

Our articles and product-finder results provide general information to help you compare ingredients and buying options. They do not assess your individual health, diagnose a condition or prescribe a treatment or dose.

Product amounts describe what is listed in a gummy or pack. If you need advice about your own symptoms, medicines or suitability for a product, discuss the full ingredient list with a qualified health professional.

Prices, availability and product changes

Prices are shown in approximate Australian dollars where conversion is needed. Shipping is additional unless stated otherwise. Retailers may change prices, offers, ingredients, pack sizes and availability after a review is checked.

Check the selected product and purchase option before ordering, particularly when choosing between a one-time purchase and a subscription. The retailer’s checkout confirms the order total and delivery options.

Buying from a retailer

We do not sell or dispatch the products featured here. Purchases are made with the retailer, which handles payments, order acceptance, delivery, returns and subscription arrangements. Contact that retailer about an order or refund.

Links help you find products and supporting information. They do not mean that every statement or service on an external website has been assessed by us. Some buying links earn commission, as explained in our disclosure.

Our content and your use of it

You are welcome to read, share links to and refer to our articles for personal use. Please contact us before reproducing substantial parts of an article or reusing images. Third-party names, logos, photographs and other material remain subject to their owners’ rights.

Please do not interfere with the site’s operation or attempt to gain unauthorised access to its systems.

Accuracy and your rights

We aim to make our comparisons useful and accurate, and welcome corrections. Our coverage is a selection of products, rather than a complete market listing, and a recommendation is not a guarantee of a particular result.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights under Australian Consumer Law. The ACCC explains consumer rights and guarantees.
